1. Pilot

In corrupt, pre-Batman Gotham City, rookie detective James Gordon and his world-weary partner Harvey Bullock investigate the killings of billionaire philanthropist Thomas Wayne and his wife Martha. The only witness to the shooting is the couple’s young son Bruce.

2. Selina Kyle

Gordon hits the streets on the trail of two child snatchers who are targeting the cityʼs homeless youths, one of whom has the cat-like ability to fall on her feet. What’s more, it looks like she might have some information that could lead to the Waynesʼ killer…

3. The Balloonman

A TV news report tells of the release on bail of a businessman named Danzer, who is alleged to have scalped over half a billion dollars from unsuspecting investors in a massive Ponzi scheme. Danzer instructs his lawyer to use as much of his ill-gotten gains as it takes to bribe his way out of trouble. Walking out into the street, Danzer is approached by a balloon seller wearing a pig mask, who snaps a handcuff shut around one of Danzerʼs wrists…

4. Arkham

As the mayor is about to announce the council’s decision over who has the right to develop a valuable patch of land occupied by the decaying Arkham Asylum, James and Bullock go on the hunt for a hitman who has been hired to influence the vote.

5. Viper

Gordon and Bullock try to clean the streets after a demonic chemist infects the city with a drug that kills – but only after the infected have caused chaos. Meanwhile,young Bruce Wayne starts to piece together the whole picture behind Wayne Enterprises,
and Oswald Cobblepot cements his place within the Maroni crime family. Alfred tries to get the young heir to the Wayne Foundation to take his mind off hunting the killer of his parents.

6. Spirit of the Goat

Gotham is plagued by an apparently resurrected serial killer whose target is the offspring of the city’s wealthiest citizens. While ghosts of Gordon’s past are stirred, Gordon has his own secrets to worry about. The net closes around Gordon for Oswald Cobblepotʼs murder and he’s now the prime suspect. Will anyone believe him when he says he didn’t shoot him though? And, what will Falcone have to say about it all?

7. Penguin’s Umbrella

The adventures of young detective James Gordon in pre-Batman Gotham City continue. After orchestrating an increase in the tension between Falcone and Maroni, Oswald Cobblepot sheds his down to become the fully-fledged Penguin.

8. The Mask

Gordon and Bullock investigate a Gothamite who runs a deadly fight club for candidates applying to work at his financial firm. Meanwhile, Bruce returns to school and gets a visit from a new friend.

9. Harvey Dent

Trying to close the Wayne murder case, a young Harvey Dent (guest star Nicholas D’ Agosto) encourages Gordon to team up with Mayor James (guest star Richard Kind). Meanwhile, Penguin makes contact with Mooney’s secret weapon, Liza (guest star Mackenzie Leigh).

10. LoveCraft

Selina leads a new friend on a perilous journey through Gotham to evade the assassins on her trail. Following a misstep, Gordon is reassigned to duty at Arkham Asylum.
