The Event and V Cancelled
The Event and V have been given the axe by America TV networks NBC and ABC, respectively. Both shows failed to get decent ratings in the US.
The Event will conclude in the UK on Channel 4 Tuesday 31st May, after just one season.
V had 2 short seasons and will air its final ever episode in the UK on 26th May on Syfy. Unfortunately, the series ends on a massive cliffhanger. One that will now never be resolved. Familiar territory for anyone who watches sci-fi shows.
