Merlin: Uther Returns in Series 5
It has been announced that Anthony Head will reprise his role as Uther in Series 5 of Merlin.
Details are slim but it is confirmed to be a guest role only.
“Uther returns in a very unexpected way and returns in Arthur’s life where he’s missing his father and he needs some advice. In a moment of weakness he is able to contact Uther,” revealed co-creator and executive producer Johnny Capps.
Uther was of course killed off last year in The Wicked Day. His return will certainly be an interesting one. With a show like Merlin though, anything can happen!
