Season 1 of Homeland came to a dramatic conclusion last night in the UK on Channel 4, but the show will be back for more.

Channel 4 has announced they will be showing the second season, although an air date was not confirmed. In the US though, the show is set to hit on 30 September.

The story will pick up around 6 months later with Carrie working around the edges of the intelligence community in Beirut. While Brody is set to cross paths with a beautiful Middle Eastern woman who comes bearing an ultimatum.
