Fox has released details and images of the characters featuring in Gotham, the upcoming Batman origin TV show.

Detective James Gordon (Ben McKenzie)

Growing up in Gotham City’s surrounding suburbs, Gordan romanticized the city as a glamorous and exciting metropolis where his late father once served as a successful district attorney. Now, two weeks into his new job as a Gotham City detective and engaged to his beloved fiancée, Gordon is living his dream – even as he hopes to restore the city back to the pure version he remembers it was as a kid.

Alfred Pennyworth (Sean Pertwee)

A tough-as-nails ex-marine from East London who has loyally served the Waynes. Now, in the wake of their tragic deaths, he’s fiercely protective of the young Bruce Wayne.

Harvey Bullock (Donal Logue)

Jim Gordon’s partner and mentor, the rough-around-the-edges Detective plays loose with police procedure, but gets results — and he does so with old-school, hard-ass panache.

Oswald Cobblepot aka The Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor)

He has the brains of a chess grandmaster and the morals of a jackal. A low-level psychopath for gangster Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett Smith), he hides his sadistic lust for power behind an exquisitely polite demeanor.

Selina Kyle/ Catwoman (Camren Bicondova)
